Chia Seed Pudding

Yields 1 Serving

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

  • Garnish: raspberries, blackberries or blueberries

Method

Fill a small container with almond milk. Add chia seeds and maple syrup. Stir until well combined.

Cover and transfer to the refrigerator. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to 12 hours.

Stir again before serving. Garnish with berries and serve immediately.
