Açaí Bowl
Yields 1 Serving
Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen açaí cubes
1 ripe banana
Garnish: berries, hemp seeds, sweetened coconut flakes
Method
To a blender, add açai cubes and banana. Process on high until smooth and creamy. Add 1 - 2 tablespoons of water if needed to thin and combine ingredients.
Pour açaí mixture into a serving bowl. Garnish with hemp seeds, sweetened coconut flakes and berries.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
