Recipe
Sweet & Smokey Pepper Ravioli
Yields 1 - 2 Servings
Ingredients
Pasta:
4 - 6 fresh ravioli
Pepper Sauce:
1/4 cup Harry & David Hot and Smokey Pepper and Onion Relish
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Olive oil
Method
Pasta:
Bring salted water to a boil in a small pot. Transfer ravioli to the pot. Stir to prevent sticking. Cook until the ravioli float or are al dente, approximately 6 - 8 minutes.
Pepper Sauce:
While ravioli are cooking, heat olive oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat. Sauté pepper relish until relish begins to warm and loosen. Stir in heavy cream and butter. Reduce heat to medium-low to gently simmer the sauce, stirring regularly until the sauce thickens.
Remove ravioli from water with a slotted spoon and transfer to a serving plate.
Dress with pepper sauce. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
