I turn to this mushroom recipe time and time again. It comes together in minutes with ingredients you likely have on hand and pairs well with everything from roasted salmon, to seared chicken or steak.

Herb & Garlic Mushroom Sauté
Yields 2 - 4 Servings
Ingredients
1 carton button mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 tablespoon dried oregano
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Olive oil
Method
Heat oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat.
Add mushrooms, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Continue to sauté until mushrooms are tender and have released and reabsorbed their liquid.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
