Baked Japanese Sweet Potato Fries

You are in for a treat!

Lightly Sweet & Earthy

If you have yet to try Japanese Sweet Potatoes, I urge you to do so! With a mild sweetness and earthiness, these sweet potatoes have an entirely unique flavor. When roasted, the inside becomes incredibly creamy while the outside caramelizes, which complements the delicate sweetness.

These versatile potatoes pair just as well with roasted salmon as with seared pork chops or turkey burgers. Try yours with our Sweet and Spicy Dipping Sauce!
